Vectis Volunteer Growth Partners (VVGP) is a private investment platform providing flexible capital and partnership to business owners and founders across a range of transition and growth scenarios. We work alongside owners and advisors to evaluate options thoughtfully — particularly in situations where a traditional sale, single exit path, or rigid structure is not the right answer.
Our approach blends disciplined underwriting, operational perspective, and long-term alignment with founders and advisors.

What We Focus On

Established Operating Businesses (Primary):

Succession planning, partial liquidity, growth capital, and acquisition of durable, cash-flowing businesses.

Growth & Early-Stage Investments (Selective):

Targeted investments in innovative companies where long-term value creation and active partnership are prioritized, including Sigentic and other select portfolio investments.

Ecosystem Engagement:

Active support of entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives, including benefaction and involvement with the Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Tennessee.
